What you can post

Photos, videos and words that you made, or that the owner has said you may share. Downloading someone else’s picture or clip, from Instagram, X, Reddit or anywhere else, does not make it yours to post, even with credit given. When we find a post that breaks this rule, we remove it, and we may close the account of anyone who keeps posting other people’s work.

Ask us to remove something

If you own the copyright in something posted here, or act for the person who does, send us a notice with the form below. It asks for what we need to act on it:

• Your name, and an email address we can reach you at.
• What the original work is, and where it can be seen.
• A link to each post here that copies it. Open the post and copy its address; it looks like kyabaatay.com/p/…
• Two statements: that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or act for them.
• Your full name, typed, as your signature.

What happens next

We check each notice against the posts it names. If it holds up, we remove those posts and reply to the email address you gave; if something is missing or unclear, we write to ask. Please make sure a notice is accurate before you send it: a notice made in bad faith can have legal consequences for the person who sends it.

If your post was removed

If you think we removed something by mistake, because it was yours, you had permission, or the law allows it, write to hello@kyabaatay.com with the post’s address and why. We will look at it again.

For anything that is not about copyright, such as spam, harassment or nudity, use Report in the post’s ··· menu.
